This app has contributed to the wellbeing of our staff because it has made the whole process of external audits safer. I say safer because it has removed the stress factor that accompanied the months before an external safety audit. To have to gather paperwork and follow the paper trail it left was devastating to the staff because every other repsponsibility became second rate. They could not focus on anything else other than the audit and it’s requirements. Today they have found their rest. Select one item and a report brings up every form that contains that one item. No longer looking through stacks of papers splattered by coffee, grease, dirt or sawdust. The screen is clean and every document is clear. And as for “going-Green”, well, yippee aye yay! 😁. Everything is digital so we are saving trees from the onerous paper route.
