Horrible Customer Service! Can’t ever get a real human to talk to as they have no phone number listed nor will they respond to your emails.

Very glitchy- takes forever to load anything… sometimes we give up and go to the old safety manual due to App freezing or never loading… APP does not auto-rotate on device.
Terrible customer service
I have had this service for a year or so and we just don’t use it like it should be used. I have tried leaving messages on their website and have not heard anything back. There is no contact number on their website or their app. There is no option to cancel, only to upgrade. It’s a scam.
Good start
Great idea. The toolbox talks are repetitive and out of date. Give me 50 good ones not 500 weak ones.
Wonderful tool
The app definitely saves us some time and gives a score value, been a great help to assist me in safety meetings
