Too many bugs

Nice app but way too many bugs. It’s tough to even load data properly on app start. 3-4 try’s are needed to load event info. Data fetching is way too slow and 70% of the time it shows error. Please fix the bugs

Very bad app, user details cannot update, tracking is wrong

Downloaded this app as I’m participating Run To The Moon this year. But I can not add my Club name and other profile details. From app it says, “Error: Not allowed to update mobile.” The mobile and email field is non-editable. So in basic logic this status option should not be there m. And strange thing is from desktop it says, “user already exists”. In login via OTP option it says Apple ID users can not login via OTP or something like that. Can you guys fix this and release the next version soon as most of the people might face the same problem?

Unexpected behaviour on Clicking on Activity

On Clicking on Activity button, page just shows blank screen nothing starts, Unable to participate in an event

Activity tracking and event participation have since been significantly improved in the latest version. Decent interface. Issues with recording when screen is locked.

Used the app to record my run for a virtual event, and it did not record the rest of my run after I locked the screen.
I normally use Strava, which works even with the screen locked, since I then put the phone in my running pouch.
MySamay was very disappointing. I now plan to use Strava itself and then link the run to the event in MySamay.

Nice app for tracking Outoor Run/Walk

This app has come a long way in helping to conduct challenges to encourage runners or walkers to stay on their feet. Works well and I have tested using different watches to check the distance tracking. New version now supports Garmin integration for automatic tracking. Wishing you Godspeed for future.

Very bad app

Downloaded for bangalore run. Started it on my daily track. After completing one km , when i saw the app, it was still showing 400 meter. I had nike run and other apps kept on running. I had to run for 16 -17 km to complete 10 k. Very bad app. Looks like without testing , was put for the event.

Good app

Good app with simple functionality and simple to use. Certain features like voice prompt and profile section didn’t work but I could access profile section on web. If the developers want this to be used then many more functionality require and possibly watch app.

A crap app!

Seriously, one of the crappiest timing apps available. Never download & use this app. The distance ran is always inaccurate. I’ve personally witnessed it and many from my runners circles have confirmed this.

For a 10K run, the app is off my at least a km. That’s not an acceptable error level. The app needs a complete overhaul for runners to accept it.
