don’t waste your time
They cherry pick what they will address. I submitted something over a week ago and still has not been addressed. But yet little peons get addressed day of, even today and hours after posted. Some dumb app for waste of city time to report anything of a concerned citizen. Can’t wait until a real emergency happens and after math after i report something doesn’t get addressed. This app is stupid, don’t report anything as won’t get addressed

Not as good as it used to be
At one point this was useful to photograph and report blight, but the ability to report blight was removed. Only a handful of narrow categories of reports can be submitted, few of which represent the actual needs that Santa Rosa residents have.
