Apple Watch support is essential!
The app is functional, but failing to provide a secondary means of entering a space isn’t just missing a nice to have feature — it’s the difference between getting access or being locked out of your space because your phone is inside on a charger.
Key stopped working
The key stopped working since last Friday. They are all greyed out. The local manager has to manually open the door. Please fix.
Need to log in every time
I used to have no issues with this app, then I got a new phone. The 17 Pro Max to be specific. Ever since I got this phone, it has only been problems with the Proximity app. It is requiring me to login every single time I use the app. That means, every single day, every time I open my individual office, every time I go to the break room. It is very frustrating

Does not work
Can’t log in on IOS 26 device. Works fine on iPad Pro though.
Needs serious modernization…
Lack of modernization, lack of development on end user requests for 4-5 years shows this company just doesn’t get it. Now no fix for the constant being logged out after the iOS 26 update is seriously disappointing. Do better Proximity, no excuse these days for poor performance and development.
