Unable to Access the Coworking Space
I booked a full-day reservation for a location in Falls Church, VA on a Saturday. When I arrived, I found a locked door with no instructions on how to gain access to the space. I called the support numbers for LiquidSpace and the company operating the coworking space, but both calls just went to voicemail.
To their credit, LiquidSpace did work with the owner of the coworking space for a refund on the next business day.

Fees + Fees + Fees
All of the fees need to be shown upfront instead of on the checkout screen. Show them in the listing. $500 setup fee and $200 administrative fees are ridiculous!!
Communication issues
I was asked would I be selling food items out of the office space. I found the question to be very insulting as there is more work to be done to run a business than the just the product.

The app is incredibly easy to use, prices are reasonable for some beautiful spaces, and there is availability in every city!
Awful
Incorrect listings that they write they’re going to ask the business to change and don’t follow-up. Then unresponsive. Seemingly true for most things in most listings from square feet to duration and pricing. Feels scammy.
