All of the fees need to be shown upfront instead of on the checkout screen. Show them in the listing. $500 setup fee and $200 administrative fees are ridiculous!!
Communication issues
I was asked would I be selling food items out of the office space. I found the question to be very insulting as there is more work to be done to run a business than the just the product.

The app is incredibly easy to use, prices are reasonable for some beautiful spaces, and there is availability in every city!
Awful
Incorrect listings that they write they’re going to ask the business to change and don’t follow-up. Then unresponsive. Seemingly true for most things in most listings from square feet to duration and pricing. Feels scammy.
Bias and Discrimination
As a professional Black woman, I have difficulty getting bookings on this app. People don't respond or cancel tours. I have my picture shown so I can weed out the bias folks. I don't want to do business with them. (Sigh) white people!
On the other hand, I went to a local Co-working space toured and signed up the same day, and they were responsive.

Easy to use
First time using this app. My Home internet went out and will be out for a week. I needed a space to work and found some shared office spaces through this app. Easy to reserve and easy to contact space owner. Will definitely use again!

This app had so much potential but the UX is janky. Just copy the best parts of Wework and call it a day. Jeez.
Can’t sign up
The app is not functioning. Sign up takes you to a email submission form, and clicking submit just refreshes the page over and over, no matter how many times you try.
Just bad.
Used this 2 times and not a single time has it been easy or reasonable to get setup.

I absolutely love this app/website. Periodt. I’ve used for freelance spaces and just when I don’t want to see my coworkers faces nor my families while getting work done.
Workspace when I need it.
I appreciate that I don’t need to pay subscription fees, I can book a meeting room for 2 hours and just pay for that. They also have the most flexible cancellation policy that I’ve seen, super helpful for those last minute changes!
Limited use
Liquid space is great during highly routine Monday - Friday 8 to 5 reservations. But if you’re looking for anything outside of that, like on holidays or weekends they have no use and cannot be relied upon.

Since the COVID got all library in Southern California closed for more than 6 minute. This app allow me to have my time and no intrrption space to complete my homework.
Great app but listings not always 100% accurate
This is well working app and the great experience overall. But as AirBnb person I believe that they need to put more attention on feedback and especially on accuracy of listings. Many listings are not accurate and the app does not provide a way to report missing or unexpectedly paid features. Please add ability to report errors in listing and I will give you 5*. Use AirBnb as example.

Love the non-profit support of Capital One Cafe
I use the app to book space at the Capital ONE CAFE ATX, it is helpful and accurate scheduling. The conference space is clean, well kept and ready for use. Great team and they make you feel welcome!
My first coworking app
Giving this was my first experience with this type of app, it’s still proved very welcoming all features were intuitive and logically sequenced, also progressing through various steps leading to The apps key elements (choosing the facility, ID a particular suite or shared area, easily accessible cost info - rate per hour, etc.) Definitely a good app.
