Apple Watch support is essential!
The app is functional, but failing to provide a secondary means of entering a space isn’t just missing a nice to have feature — it’s the difference between getting access or being locked out of your space because your phone is inside on a charger.
Key stopped working
The key stopped working since last Friday. They are all greyed out. The local manager has to manually open the door. Please fix.
Need to log in every time
I used to have no issues with this app, then I got a new phone. The 17 Pro Max to be specific. Ever since I got this phone, it has only been problems with the Proximity app. It is requiring me to login every single time I use the app. That means, every single day, every time I open my individual office, every time I go to the break room. It is very frustrating

Does not work
Can’t log in on IOS 26 device. Works fine on iPad Pro though.
Needs serious modernization…
Lack of modernization, lack of development on end user requests for 4-5 years shows this company just doesn’t get it. Now no fix for the constant being logged out after the iOS 26 update is seriously disappointing. Do better Proximity, no excuse these days for poor performance and development.
Constantly Down, Updates Horrible
This app is always down. Ever since they’ve updated it.. the UI is not great.
Crashes continually
Since the update this app has not worked. Every time I try to open to check availability the app crashes. Completely unusable.
Cannot make reservations
The parking reservation feature does not work. You cannot change the time period to anything other than 1 hour.
Better before the update.
The update is not working well at all. Making a reservation is near impossible.

The update made this app significantly worse, constant crashes, less intuitive UI, and making reservations is a chore among other issues.

Garage Nightmare
I updated my phone and now my app no longer works to open the garage door. It is frustrating that there has been no fix for this still. I hope there is an update to the app to fix this.
Still no Apple Watch app?
A year of using the app and still no Apple Watch version?? In this day and age that would seem to be an entry level feature?
Add favorite keys! Digital Keychain
Would be great to have the ability to add keys that are used and hide others that aren’t used frequently.
Apple Watch?
It would be great to be able to unlock my office with my watch!! I don’t always have my phone out and I would love to not have to stop and get it out.
Improve key section
It would be nice to be able to customize the order of the keys. There are so many that it takes time to scroll through and find the right one, even though I only ever use 2 of the 20+ options. It would make it much more user friendly.
Works Well but Security may be an issue
An email and password is required to access a building. A feature should be coded where only one device may use a specific email/password.
