Lost Data
MyScorecard recently lost all of my golf scores since 2019 including about 40 rounds over the past two years. When I contacted customer service, they responded immediately asking for more information, which I provided. Since then, nothing. I have sent several emails asking for a refund if they can’t resolve the issue but have not gotten a response. I have switched over to GHIN and am now working to reestablish my handicap using GHIN.

No Support
For some reason functionality has been removed over the years, you can no longer see your handicap card or yearly rounds played. It also is lacking some basic features that could easily be added such as course stats and all rounds played at a certain course.
Great app But missing Key Features
Update 5/28/26
I have a paid subscription till 2027 and I went to submit a score yesterday and the app is completely broken? None of the tabs show anything and the app has no information at all. Not sure what happened but something is broke.
Overall I think that the app is great. I’ve only had one complaint though, I wish there was a way to track a round of golf of where you played but not the score. I want to be able to track every course I’ve played at but I have been out a number of times playing a scramble and I do not want that to impact my score tracking for my personal handicap
