For some reason functionality has been removed over the years, you can no longer see your handicap card or yearly rounds played. It also is lacking some basic features that could easily be added such as course stats and all rounds played at a certain course.
Great app But missing Key Features

I have a paid subscription till 2027 and I went to submit a score yesterday and the app is completely broken? None of the tabs show anything and the app has no information at all. Not sure what happened but something is broke.
Overall I think that the app is great. I’ve only had one complaint though, I wish there was a way to track a round of golf of where you played but not the score. I want to be able to track every course I’ve played at but I have been out a number of times playing a scramble and I do not want that to impact my score tracking for my personal handicap

Deletes your data
If you leave the app everything you’ve entered is deleted.
Used to Love This App
Keeps ending my round in the middle of the round.
Incorrect score
My scorecard shows I entered 101 but the score it’s giving on homepage shows a 97. Huh? This will affect handicap. Please fix.
Addition Problem
Shows a different number for my gross score, a 92, then what my scorecard total is, a 93
Garbage
Save your money. I kept entering scores and my handicap didn’t change. (Even after entering 15 more.) It also isn’t accurate. Don’t spend a penny on this.
Yardage Distance units
Can the ( yardage)distance unit be change to meter?

No customer service
After having the app for years, customer support has disappeared. USGA no longer recognizes them as official handicap holders so therefore not compatible with any GHIN related events. I emailed them with my concerns for a week straight and got no response. The site won’t let me cancel my auto renewal which is a problem I’ll have to deal with going forward. DO NOT JOIN.

Excellent app to track golf stats!
This app is very easy to use and track all my golf stats. I use the option to track my golf scores hole-by-hole and it really helps.
The customer service is excellent and responds very quickly if need to update any course scorecards etc. Excellent app to track your handicap and highly recommend!

Zero response from MyScorecard
I’ve had this app for a while and it’s fine. However, and I hope MyScorecard monitors this, I’ve been trying to get an email password reset link for a week. Sent many emails and haven’t had any response. Also, anytime they update the app, they kick you out and you need to reset your password. Hope someone actually reads this and responds.

Hole by hole entry
When I enter hole by hole score the submit button does not get highlighted for me to submit the score. I can only enter the total score. Please help
Great App if you play 18 holes
I play a lot of 9 hole courses and no matter how i add my score in, it always doubles my score as if i was playing 18 holes…
Can’t record 9-hole rounds
The app is really good for keeping track of scores and seeing historical data. However, if I only play nine holes instead of 18 it never submits the score. I wish they would fix that.
Technical support is awesome!
I lost all of my data and scores due to a technical issue! As promised the folks at MyScorecard found the glitch and fixed it and now I have all my data and scores back. Thank you for your prompt response and excellent technical support!
Above and beyond
This company and staff are amazing. If you have any problems or concerns they get back to you as soon as possible to take care of you. The program is easy to use and very thorough. Keeps track of your scores, calculates your index, has helpful hints and more. I would highly recommend them!

Customer Service is poor
They do a good job and providing a up to date index and important statistics. My problem with this app is their customer service is horrible! They will not return a phone call and rarely respond to any emails. I have tried multiple times to get my earned badges corrected but no resolution at this point.
