I’ve been with this credit union for years, but never really utilized any services. Until 6/24/26. I had the best loan officer in Mr. Justin Lollis. I feel he went above and beyond to help with my new car loan. Highly recommend not only this bank, but also look up Justin Lollis if you ever need a loan!

SCU mobile app is easy to understand and consistently responds as it should. When you want to do things in person employees are just as helpful. I am a loyal customer of many decades and have used other institutions but SCU and employees beats them all. (Primarily use branch on west side of Spartanburg) and they are just the best!!!

I can literally do everything and never set foot in a brick and mortar. I love it!
Credit online banking
I love online banking at the State Credit Union. It’s is easy navigating through it. I can easily fine everything I need to do. I can see my account and make changes if it needs to quickly. I’ve been with the Credit union for over 25 years and I have always been please with them.

It’s easy to manage and you have all availability to your accounts

This bank does not answer phone calls. Local branch does not get calls. All calls are answered by a call center and even then you must leave a call back request to speak with anyone.
A credit union for the people
I have banked with SCSCU for over 20 years. The bankers are professional, knowledgeable and personable. I am not just an account at SCSCU, I am a valued member.
Zelle
The Zelle pay is not working now.
Convenience
It took me a while to get on board with online banking but now I’m a fan. SCU Mobile is the best!
