Poor excuse for an app
After I downloaded it & entered all my policy’s information it never showed up again. Now I can’t delete it to start over.

What kind of commercial policy?
I downloaded the app logged into my account and it shows my policy number. I click on the policy to see what kind of policy I have all that says is commercial policy. Is it commercial auto is it commercial liability? What kind of commercial policy is it nowhere? Can I find what it is
App freezes
I would love to utilize this app for quick COI’s but it freezes and becomes completely useless. Please fix this!!

The app is only good to check your account and invoice due dates and the ID cards. It won’t let me add an account to make the payments. Such a joke

app does not allow you to see a jpeg of the entire insurance card

Can’t upload pictures with claims
Uploaded images are not loading and won’t allow me to submit, thinks I haven’t uploaded any. At least iOS lets me get to the upload screen and select images, can’t even get that far on android…but functionality flaw when you need it most.

Are you developer even trying? I just want to log into my account? Can't do it on this app....can't do it on your website. Dear selective insurance, I can creat the same malfunctioning app as these guys can for 1/2 th price since apparently the standards are this low

When you need to reset your password it sends you a code.. yet when you leave the app to get the code you lose access to the screen where you enter the code.. useless.. should gave stayed with Geico
