How did this get passed Quality Control

Literally the worst app experience. I can’t login into the website anymore to pay my lease and I’ve been trying to get into the app for about 2 weeks and it’s shows a white overlay and never logs in or does and then I can’t navigate to anything. So is one supposed to pay my lease and why should I be penalized for a horrible app.

It Works OK

It works okay. It’s hard to get enthusiastic over an app that really just lets you make payments on a vehicle loan. I just set up automatic payments. I don’t imagine I will ever actually use the app again. I probably could have just used the website instead, but I guess having the app on my phone makes it easier in some ways if I ever do need to update my automatic payment in the future, however unlikely that may be. The progress bar looks like a nice feature. I can imagine how happy I will be seeing the progress bar when I get to my last few payments. In the meantime, why bother…. Like do I really need to see the progress in the meantime? It’s just a reminder of the burden of paying for this vehicle. I hope it’s not a lemon. 🤣

App is just a glorified shortcut to the webpage, minimal resources available. All around not great. You would think with all the interest they charge they could do something a little better than this.

Loading into the next century

I just got the app a couple days ago. The app start up is the worst I have seen since windows XP. It is still buffering saying my network is causing it to be slow. I have 2gig internet with no one streaming. Do better Stellantis!!!

Good luck trying to login in, it keeps saying wrong login even know all my info is right because I can go to the website and login just fine.

Remove this app and redo it

This app is horrible. I can login online but not through the app with the same credentials. The app is as bad as the product they make.

Never recommend

I made a payment through the app, usually when you make a payment you get some kind of confirmation number but never got any kind of confirmation that my payment went through. It just sent me back to the main screen to make a payment so I checked my history to see if it went through before making another so I made another payment since it didn’t go through. Well they charged me twice and now they keep saying it will go back in 72 hrs business days and still have not gotten my refund. This was last week, they still haven’t been able to get my refund. I do not recommend this company or app.

Garbage

I downloaded the app per the representative’s instructions, hung up, and it immediately told me to call them. I’m unable to do anything inside of the app.

Frustrating

Data doesn’t update in real time. Imagine if your banking app didn’t know your balance in 2025? You should at least show the pending payment details on the main page.

Have also had the app fail multiple times able trying to submit payment.

Login trouble

This app doesn’t work. Stellantis never reached out to me regarding making payments (luckily I care about my credit) and after making a payment over the phone, and finally getting my account # the app still wont allow me to register. End up going the webpage and finally got in, but the STILL won’t find my account, but it seemed pretty adamant about locking me out after 5 attempts. Fingers crossed Mr. Filosa can make changes.

Your bug fixes made the app worse, just crashes and reloads the log in screen

App is not working

It was working before now it won’t open it keeps loading the webpage but that sends you auto to the app and the app redirects you to the website so it’s bugged please fix
