I have not been able to get into the app since the update. Circle of death. Website login works fine.

I regret making my decision to go with Stellantis horrible experience app won’t open you have to keep opening and closing the app and maybe it will work if I ever purchase another vehicle this experience will definitely make my decision easy to never go with Stellantis or there products ever again

Login issues
The app never loads for me. They never have any updates on the app to fix the issues. Not sure how you are expecting me to pay when I sit and try to get on your app for over an hour and still can’t get on.
Fix your app
I have to call in to make a payment. Your app doesn’t reflect payments. Last month I called, I was told your app won’t take payment and I would have to go through the desktop over submit over phone. It’s not hard. I am building apps. Just fix it already. You still have bugs!
Zero stars ….
I cannot get this app to load. Like ever. And when it does load, god forbid I try to make my payment & have to input my account information EVERYTIME, doesn’t matter if I try to “save” it. Honestly so inconvenient & a waste of time.

Zero stars. The app hasn’t worked since I installed it. Just get a wheel and an error trying to log in. Delete it if you installed it and use the website with a bookmark. Don’t waste your time with this app.

This app is miserable to use. I should not have to put in my billing info every single time when I click the option to save it! If this issue isn’t fixed by my next payment, I will NOT make my payment and y’all can come pick up the truck. Think I’m joking, find out. Also, why does last month’s payment is processing when the money has been taken out of my account over a month ago? A multi billion dollar company, and still can’t get it things right. I guess y’all build your app like your vehicles - garbage!

Errors out when 2 accounts
When you have 2 or more loans on the app you can only make one payment a day. It seems as if a rookie designed this app as the buttons and actions are poor quality and for a large auto loan company very disappointing. The website uses a similar layout and also errors out and does not allow user to see payment screen in many instances. What a disaster.

Everything worked fine without this app. Now I’m forced to waste my time setting up something that doesn’t even work - just to use a service I neither wanted nor needed.
