When the vehicle is moving and i zoom out to see the app automatically zooms in to show current location.

Please Update App
Every day at 3 am morning I get alert as vehicle off, but car is still at parking. Please correct.
What a pathetic update
After updating the app, on enter pin screen, keyboard is not opening, even after tapping all dots keyboard is not coming up.!! Even forgot password link is also not interactive ! Worst application. I think now skoda has started cost cutting in Application as well along with car quality and service
Hanging and Face ID gets stuck
Not sure what happened after the latest update, but the app hasn’t been working properly. As soon as I open it, Face ID scans successfully, but the app gets stuck right after that and doesn’t load. On the rare occasion it does open, navigating between pages is extremely slow and often freezes.
Better than the myskoda connectEd app
Please add an option to check the overall kms the car ran and mileage.

Location names missing
I’ve been using the Škoda Plus app, and while the overall interface is smooth and vehicle connectivity is decent, I’m facing two key issues that need attention:
1. Parking Location Not Displayed: The app doesn’t show the name of the vehicle’s current or last parked location. It would be very helpful to have the exact location or a nearby landmark displayed clearly for easier retrieval.
2. Live Location Names Missing: While driving, the live tracking feature shows the movement but doesn’t display the names of the locations (e.g., streets, areas). Having real-time location names would greatly improve navigation and user experience.
Please consider addressing these issues in future updates. This functionality is essential for users who rely on the app for location tracking and convenience.

Map is not showing location name.
After switching MyŠKODA connect ed to MyŠKODA plus application, MyŠKODA plus user interface is good but lagging every time also map location is correct but location name is not showing most of the areas during parking or moving vehicle, vw/skoda should tie up with google map or any other reputed company so that user can benefited from this application.

Very slow application, not expected this IT by skoda.
Application not upto the mark, every consumer expect a lot from German company that they will provide with good Application with fast services , application is very slow which isn’t expected by skoda. I hope IT team will work on it to be the best. (I feel suzuki application is better than skoda ) to be very true. Very slow software .

Slow and Not Optimized
The application is very slow in opening. For searching a trip it takes very long time. Seriously this application needs optimization. You need to work on this firstly and then make it feature rich.
New app but isn’t better
Having the same experience. Trying to sign up using my email ID and mobile number, but it’s not working at all. It feels like nothing has changed—ŠKODA is just claiming to have a new app. Connectivity Live options are there, but with ŠKODA ConnectED being discontinued soon, this isn’t helpful. Disappointing experience! Any Skoda app just isn’t working as smoothly as expected.

Missing Fuel Efficiency (Mileage)
First of all I would appreciate for upgrading the user experience from 2000s to match the current trend,and lot of added information, but it would be better to include fuel efficiency(mileage) along with as it shows in car’s instrument cluster, also, with that you can also show trip cost based on users entry on fuel cost on their area(can be modified in setting maybe)
Please take this as a feedback and give us update, this is a much needed one.

Not getting Notifications
In the previous version of the Škoda app, I received instant notifications without any problems. However, after switching to the MyŠkoda Plus app, I no longer receive any notifications at all. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
No notification on screen
The notifications don’t pop on the mobile screen like engine start, stop etc. in the previous app it used to display. I have tried installing uninstalling the app but still no result. Kindly look into this Skoda India.
Not getting notifications
When starting the car i am not getting notifications or for any activity notifications are not coming. Though my notification is turned on. I have uninstall and installed it again but same issue

Upgraded the app with a user-friendly interface and enhanced functionality, making it easier to use with many new features.
Utter disappointment
Can’t really understand what for this app was developed. There’s its previous version still available i.e. My Skoda which is not working now. But still that was better for service booking, its traction & history. This app doesn’t provide any of those and it could be used only for product features, etc.

Vehicle details not auto updated
Hello TEAM, Details like insurance,pollutioncert, service history, service due, extended warranty etc are not uploaded automatically. A customer details has to be captured once signed on using registered mobile number and that’s not happening. Kindly address the issues on the app before recommending to customers.
PS: this is a concern which I raised long back and till now there is no solution.
