Working now as it should
A few weeks ago i gave this app a very poor review because it kept stopping my charge every time i went into the app, i put a widget on my home screen which made things slightly better, the app still just randomly stopped charging, I’m pleased to report that with the recent update it seems to be working properly. Thank you Skoda.

Some good features but missing key feature
This app is good to lock car, set charge level, limit. etc.
However, it sorely lacks a timing feature.
You should be able to schedule a start time for car-charging - eg come on at 11pm and charge to 80%. This is such a basic feature. I was really surprised that it wasn’t already part of the app.
Months late - still no update on this. Why on earth is there not a timing feature so you can delay the start time of the charge?

Keeps failing
Very poor app. Consistently fails. It’s enough to question choice of vehicle. Just an update. Yet again the app has failed to connect to the car. Very frustrating.
Has stopped working
No longer shows service,no connected garage and no ability to book services anymore.

Credit where it’s due to the Skoda App team, the surprise arrival of Camp Mode is fantastic and works flawlessly, the fact it supports previous generations of the Enyaq for free is unusually generous in a world where other companies are charging more and delivering less. Well done Skoda for continuing to make the cars even better,

Really good App
Since the last update this app has, in my opinion, has got so much better without the burden of advertising.
Yes it has some but, it’s not so invasive as to render the app,
(when you need it ) informative, and easy to navigate.

A nice app. The export of charging history is very useful. If the trip history could also be exported it’d get a higher score.

Penny Pinching Skoda
The app itself seems to be good as does the car I have. However Skoda are treading a commercial path that doesn’t sit well with me & will influence my decision when buying a new car. Locking away features behind a paywall is not good practice and penny pinching. Especially as lots of other car manufacturers such as Kia, Hyundai etc provide these as standard & don’t charge extra. Kia have really come onto their own with their new ev range & will certainly have my interest over Skoda.

Stops charging
My Skoda app stops working when i open the app, same thing happens when i open my Ohme app, i have the latest version of both apps on iOS 26.5 but can’t see the percentage on either app unless i open them which in turn stops both apps and i have to refresh both apps and press start again on the Skoda app, please update asap.

Stopped working four days ago
App doesn’t refresh data for four days. It won’t change from standby to activating or online. It’s not the first time and it makes the app useless
Bugs need fixing
Would get 5 stars if the send to car navigation feature would work, stopped a few months ago and the lock unlock feature has failed more times than it works
Unreliable
Really difficult to trust this app. It’s so unpredictable whether it allows connection and data from vehicle. Often disconnects and then says unavailable in grey at the bottom of the screen.
Causes anxiety!
App isn’t working. Wouldn’t tell me the status of my car. When I checked the location it stated ‘in motion’ which caused me to panic, checked outside in the parking area at stupid o’clock in the morning and thankfully it’s there so this app gives incorrect information causing anxiety!
Does nothing
All features require a subscription so really this is just wasting memory on my phone. Delete!
Programmation de charge impossible sur Superb
Dommage que la charge ne soit pas programmable sur Superb afin de profiter des heures creuses ou encore d’optimiser la recharge juste avant le départ pour prendre soin de la batterie. Cela existe sur d’autres modèles Skoda donc cela devrait être simple de mettre à jour l’application pour Superb.
Pire, cela existait sur l’ancienne version de la Superb hybride rechargeable (avant 2024) par un simple bouton qui a malheureusement disparu … le progrès informatique sûrement …

Terrible app and support
Since Skoda decided that 3rd party cannot use their API’s, I had to start using their app for charging my EV, unfortunately the app does not function as expected and does not follow the preferred charging times in charging locations. I have been in contact with their support for months now and provided them screen recordings, screenshots and all the replication steps of the issue as a QA Engineer and then because I mentioned them stopping 3rd party access to their API’s in my last email, they came back saying that the app I am using is not an official Skoda App. If this is not the official Skoda App then what is the official Skoda app? Terrible app and the worst app support I had in all my life!!! I am even considering changing my car and not using Skoda again just because of the amount of time I wasted on this subject.

Application pratique pour retrouver l’emplacement de son véhicule et programmer la température de ce dernier.
Par contre 1 étoile en moins car il n’y a pas de possibilité de desactiver tout ce qui est lié à une voiture électrique quand on n’en a pas une. J’ai une voiture thermique, donc m’indiquer les bornes électriques sur la carte est inutile.
