Can’t download photo
App is too frustating and no amage is benn downloaded and when i tried again it shows already cliamed such a non sense waste of time
Not working
App doesn’t let you download or share photo. Can only preview photo but once you click it or start to download photo it is stuck in spinning/downloading but never downloads. Been trying for more than 5 mins. I gave up and just deleted the app that only takes storage space on your phone!
Very dissatisfied
Waisted more than 2 h of my life! This app is absolute garbage! Crashes every second! Media is missing! To fill out form takes forever! Absolutely ridiculous and it very embarrassing for a company to have an app like that.
Bad App
This app is incredibly frustrating. It takes forever just to download a single picture, which makes it basically useless if you need more than one. Even worse, there's no "Download All" option—something that should be a basic feature. Feels like a huge waste of time. Definitely not recommending this to anyone until they fix these issues.

Don’t purchase photos from businesses using this application
After paying all the amount for purchase of the photos, and even after 6-7 days of purchase, it is showing that photos do not exist or photos already claimed. It is a total faulty system designed to harass the customers.
App is not the best but great customer service.
I couldn’t retrieve my photos from the app so I contacted customer service (through the app). They were really helpful & able to get all my photos to me within a couple of days

The cameraman take picture of my family and give me a card when I scanned that card there is an error occurred (there is no photo or video associated with this promo code)

Cannot Access Paid Photos
I paid almost £60 for these photos in Dubai. When downloading the app, the photos won’t appear. It won’t appear on the website either.
Hopeless
One of the codes that a vendor supplied me did not work, After repeatedly asking for the support to find the pictures they finally sent me the wrong ones… Genuinely a joke 🤣
DO NOT BUY
I paid £15 for photos at water jungle in Hua Hin, Thailand. Said 2hours I’d be able to see photos but I’ve got nothing. It’s been 24hours later! Absolute RIP OFF!
