Inaccessible App
Paid a hefty amount to have soft copies of our photos on top of The View at The Palm, Dubai. Staff said that the photos should be ready in 3 hours, it’s been 3 days but I still can’t access the app because my registration would not go through. I also emailed them already but still no response.
Useless app
Scan the QR code. Then it said need to download the apps. Downloaded and registered my account. Tried to sign in but it prompt “loading” and disappear and did not sign me in at all. Just waiting at the same page for nothing.
