I like the responses generated but can only generate 1 time and then it says “Sorry, I encountered an error.” Having to refresh page each time after every message is extremely frustrating and annoying

I’ve paid for the monthly subscription but it’s not allowing me to use the app as if I have a subscription even though it’s taking the money out of my account monthly ! It’s still asking me to upgrade to pro but I’m already upgraded ! A waste of money !

The Brands section of the app isn’t working for me and that’s what I’m paying the pro version for and nobody is answering my email. :(

Out of nowhere the app erased my profile. Asks me to login and I'm subscribed but when I login under a New email it doesnt recognize my subscription. Been this way for a week now
