not able to open the application in the ios mobile, getting white screen every time, and even i have try to re-install the application and getting the same issue, very worst exp from this application, due to that i am not able to track my parcel

Barrage of ADs
On search, immediately advertisements open up, without any option to stop, once the entire app is run, pause,stop button appears , only after which it allows to close the ad and proceed to consignment tracking

Doesn’t open
Since a few days when I open the app, it only shows the white screen and nothing else. No moment is possible. I have tried uninstalling the app for finance, but I’m helpless currently.
