Not a good app
To start off, the feature where you can track the campus busses is absolutely terrible. About 90% of the time, the arrival estimates are off by over 10-15 minutes. Usually an estimate means off by a few minutes, not a quarter of an hour. Additionally, about half the time the bus tracker states there are no busses currently driving a specific route but that is incorrect because other than late at night and really early in the morning, there are always busses. The class schedule tab is terrible. Consistent issues occur that have not been solved despite them being around for multiple years. Clearly Iowa State doesn’t care about this application.

Almost never look at it but today I wanted to figure out where my classes are for tomorrow and the app crashes immediately without even opening. Not reliable
Cyanide prediction never works
You can either get lucky and be able to see the buses on the app or you just have to guess when to go to your stop. For it being broken for this long you think it would be fixed by now.
Doesn’t work
The only thing you can see consistently is class times… the buses routes are almost never available.

I mostly use the app to look at busses, but now they aren’t showing up anymore and I have to use the website to figure out when to get ready.

I like the app to check my schedule and the other features they are very helpful. However, I mostly use this app for cyride. The buses are not always correct on the tracker. Sometimes they are between 1-5 minutes late and that is the difference between me being late for class or work. The times need to be more accurate. Other than that, pretty good app.

Now that cyride predictions are no longer available this app has no purpose
Crashes in Cyride
To be more specific, it crashes when I press the bus stop on the map.

It opens and goes to the main page then shuts me out within a second. Need help

Cyride updated bus maps
Cyride has updated bus maps and it has not been reflected on the myState App, otherwise this app is what every college needs.
Works Now
The app works now and I don’t have many problems with it. It doesn’t crash every time I open it.
Used to work great
I got the app last year and it worked amazing. This year I have only been able to use it once. Any other time I have tried to use it it loads the black screen with the ISU symbol then crashes.
