It’s a good VPN but the app is not doing justice.
Would not buy
I would not use them. I signed up for a subscription while in Europe in January 2026 and requested to cancel in February. I was still getting charged as of June and had to get my credit card company to reject the charge. Even after emailing them multiple times I still receive bills as of late June, which they claimed I never told them why I wanted to cancel when I requested the cancellation multiple times. Can’t trust them. It will cost you more time with your credit card company and new cards than they are worth

Auparavant, l'application n'avait la possibilité d'afficher qu'une liste de pays ; désormais, vous pouvez sélectionner par État de manière beaucoup plus précise qu'auparavant.

Leur système informatique bloque votre accès quand vous utilisez le VPN comme doit l’être utilisé et votre accès est bloqué pour 30 jours !
Une vraie déception si j’avais su je serais resté chez CyberGhost qui sont bien meilleurs !

Can’t log on and can’t connect even though my subscription is active
I’ve cancelled my subscription but it’s still active till the end. Yet they won’t allow me to connect and now not even log on. Can’t even connect to a chat

it was good but when i changed my vpn like 5 times to get good ping they just banned me and i lost half of my days i emailed and everything they said they couldnt do nun about it its not worth it

i use mysterium as a consumer and have a node myself, i’ve encountered no issues to my knowledge, it is a smaller VPN compared to huge data centres but the number of high speed residential VPNs are incredible- it’s a network that genuinely makes me feel safer on the internet.

Du jour au lendemain le VPN m’annonce une erreur [7042] j’ai essayé tout les manières pour résoudre ce problème impossible j’ai essayé de contacter le service client , impossible aucune réponse de leur part, je vous le conseille pas autant mettre un peut plus pour un autre que de se faire scam au bout de 1 semaine d’utilisation

Doesn’t work
Purchased 12 month plan and stopped working after a few weeks. Also needs router wifi to work not on 5G
NOT support routers !
Without support for routers NO Value ! This is Not a full useful vpn. Get to work and do it ! To be competitive…
