Not free, is misleading.

I’m not playing this rubbish that pretends to be free until a few levels, then you must pay. I know they already have my download stat but there’s lots of their other games I won’t be playing and will tell my friends not to bother as well.

Poor math

Unfortunately, a lot of the puzzles are wonky, not working or the math is wrong. No way to skip and no meaningful hints. Just riddles.

Space for improvements

It‘s doesn‘t seem to be made for a tablet, where you are used to pinch your fingers to zoom in and out, not double tap. It‘s a bit inconvenient. I‘m not through yet, however, I don‘t illogical things like in the beginning where you see those three silver things, which were behind a small lid, and just because they are three it has to mean something. How would you know without the game telling you? Next is the 4 sliders puzzle where you have no hint for what to set here. OK, four sliders aren‘t that many of combinations to try. Last, but not least, the zoom level is too small. On an 11“ tablet, those celtic (?) runes on those wheels are so small you barely recognize them. The very last thing: some wrong translations to German. Example: column -> Säule, not Spalte.

Frozen.

Game puzzle was solved, but game refused to continue, had to abandon. Made my complaint through official Apple procedures and as expected, no response, Lost my money, nice scam.

All a bit vague

Not very satisfying to play, and doesn’t flow in the way games like‘the room’ does.

Needs work

Poorly designed graphics. A 4 at time looks more like a y. The letters and numbers don’t always match what they are.

Absolutely superb!

Mystery box 4 is even better in every way than the others which also were great but 4 is bigger and better with more puzzles, excellent graphics, lots to look at and try around the boxes, I’m loving it so much, I will definitely be buying all from this developer! 😃

Super fun

The game is so interesting the hints are really nice. I enjoyed this game so much. Paying $4.99 was not bad at all. I will be able to play it again in the future. Of course I’m playing it a second time after the first.

Premium pack DOES NOT WORK

Bought the “Premium pack” for all four games thinking less money and easier to move through games. WRONG. Finished first set and when I got to the second set could only play first two boxes then wants me to pay $4.99 to keep playing! Tried to “Restore Purchase” but just has the screen blink on and off. On a good note, I contacted support and they promptly replied, twice, but after showing them the problem they said it was an Apple Store problem (within the app??). Said if they (Apple) charged me they would refund on PayPal. Ok but what happens on the third set, then the fourth…. What a pain. Repeat and request refund wait and track. Repeat. What a pain. The game is ok and nice time waster. Nothing too deep. I want to keep playing and would not give 1 star except for the restore purchase problem. Another issue is that the game does not remember your progress (except completed ones). If you start a box and are part way through and stop you need to start all over. Also does not even translate that over to a different device, start all over for all. Used to be games connected through Apple and always remember but not here. They said the last two games of the series do have a “memory” of progress but not the first two. Seems like they would fix that. Not sure what I am going to do for this second set just don’t want to pay and wait for a “ refund”. Especially to have to repeat that for two more. Frustrated.

Great app

Great app, good graphics & updates regularly. Love the riddles & throughly enjoy working it all. Great mind kind of game. 👍

Very convoluted

I appreciate not making puzzles too easy but some solutions are very “out there”. Even thinking outside the box leaves a whole trailer full of other boxes!

Puzzles out of nowhere and no logic, cant play without walkthrough

Thanks for your feedback, you know, sometimes you have to think out-of-the-box to crack the puzzles, this is to make the challenges not too easy, anyway there’s a logic behind every riddle ;)

Pretty fun

I enjoyed all the levels. However, once I finished all of them I wanted to back and look for the moon pieces. I couldn’t get any completed levels to load. I guess it’s a one time thing. I guess I will have to reset. Bummer.

Sorry for the delay, yes you need to reset the game to find the 3 Lost Moon pieces, so you can access the boxes again and try this Easter Egg challenge ;)

Too bad

Was great until the “puzzle” of trying to be fast enough to get past 2 silver balls. Hate those wastes too much time and get too frustrated so game not worth the effort

Thanks for your feedback, that’s a bit challenging part, just to diversify from solving logical puzzles only, so the game requires a bit of ability skills as well here and there ;)

Need for online walkthrough

Some of the hints make no sense. Even if you do the sequence properly as shown on the online walkthrough, some of the doors don’t open. The puzzles for the most part are enjoyable, however. Too bad there aren’t e tea hints for getting stuck.
