I’ve played this game many years. It hasn’t been updated in YEARS. I thought maybe try again. The game is truly Outdated and not compatible with Apple Software anymore. Trying to play in Comparison Mode is nearly impossible. Any item near the top of the screen no matter how much you touch it doesn’t work. The game doesn’t even open in Full Screen.
Developer’s of this game either need to make it COMPATIBLE with Apple’s IOS 26 or remove it.

Taking tokens twice
Several times I have clicked buy to play a floor and it takes my coins but when I hit “use”, it says I need to buy coins, and my bank has already dropped by the amount . I have to pay for it twice, if this keeps happening I will delete the app

Three times l have purchased chests in the guild, they show after my iPad goes off then on. Shows chests and they disappear into thin air. Really annoying from the shop. 500 each time, very unfair. 😡
Could not contact help
Put items on wish list, but did not show, three days and no way to get help. Deleted app and lost diamonds and levels. Horrible support.

Network Connection Problems
I normally love this game but after Thousands of Dollars spent on this game, I am so irritated that I keep getting this “Cannot Connect to the Network or server.” How does this get fixed????????
