Too Rigged
Ridiculously short amount of time to find a very long list of items. Items are super tiny and sometimes the rooms are so “busy” that you can barely process what you’re seeing in time to find everything. I feel this is a ploy to make you watch endless ads to get just a couple extra seconds that still doesn’t give you enough time, and then the only option is to spend real $$. Not fun at all.

So we have the fitness challenge event again for like the 7th year in a row - same room - same items - I am at a high level so have to find a lot of items every time - getting old - need new content - update to storylines

I really love this game I’ve been playing for years!!!!!!!!!!!however I feel like I’m gonna delete it soon if we can’t open any new rooms. This is insane to have all these holiday themes but no new rooms. Also to spend sooooooo much money on diamonds and to still not get the items is crazy . For me to be playing for wayyyy over five years and all my rooms one the first leaves is still not open is Crazy! And another thing why do we keep getting keys to open Mr. X suitcase!!! It’s the same suitcase there isn’t anything new about it. Sorry but I’m bout to delete this is so disappointing because it’s really a good game but to continue to search the same rooms for YEARSSSS is Crazy !

Impossibly hard match three (update)
Well I believe you should remove the match three completely because we are here for a mystery game and match three is pretty boring most people will agree (for a hidden objects game). If you want to replace it you can add merge games or just another room to explore. If it’s hard for you to remove it the least you can do is make it very easier cuz again we are here for the mystery not match three. For example grant more moves, add more boosters we can make, etc. another thing you can do is make it like the tarot cards game which people play voluntarily and get something in return instead of it being necessary to complete a quest. I really like the storyline and everything please solve this cuz this makes me lose interest and eventually stop playing the game.

Impossibly hard match three and more
I love this game so much I’ve been playing it on and off for years. My biggest issue is the match three game. It does not have efficient power ups and it becomes impossibly hard to get through with all the challenges and less moves. Some level are so bad you can only complete them by spending loads of diamonds to keep buying moves, which leads me to the next issue - diamonds. It is so hard to get diamonds but to charge an artifact you need so much stuff which you cannot get them all by just playing the rooms so you need to spend diamonds. Basically too much demand but you hardly get any. I love the storyline and side quests and everything but these are my major problems which make me quit the game.

Getting stale
I have played for a long time now, but the game is getting stale and stagnant. Like an earlier reviewer noted, there have been no new rooms opened in some time. Everything is centered around the holiday events. Also, the recent changes to the Sea King and Astral Detective games make them too difficult to complete. 10 levels for the Astral Detective game is way too many. I’m hoping for some changes soon, because I am losing interest in the game.

App glitchyness
In game ads are ridiculously glitchy and way too long. The ads are so long that I switch to another device and play a different game while waiting for it to finish so they are completely ineffective at getting me to watch. And sometimes they completely stall causing me to have to log out of games which can mean losing time, progress and diamonds. Not cool at all. I am a long time player from the original Mystery Manor game.

Frustrating - not fun
Why do you have to play levels three and four times before you find what you find the item you’re looking for? You drain your energy so fast. The game is fun at first, then it’s just annoying. It has so much potential, but this isn’t it. I spend money on the game and this is still my experience. Levels are so hard you waste energy trying to pass them just find you have to play it again. This is predatory. Seriously, it’s disgusting. I see a lot of one star reviews recently. Contrary to your auto-response, it does not seem like you listen to your customers. There are so many other games I can play and have a much better experience. Spare me the bs response. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

‘Could’ be awesome
Energy only lasts about 10 Mins so can’t play a lot. Some of the items are far too hard to find. A shame as visually looks great, and sound and music really good , just not very playable!
Annoying that I keep having to put the sound and music back on ( keeps turning off especially after having to watch an ad) and it shows adverts even if I decline to watch them for extra coins.
