Boring storyline
The recent storyline has been too boring! Plus, the daily gifts are frequently not boosters to help with passing levels! It’s hard enough to pass the levels then uses up too many points for ridiculous quests such as opening a safe or hanging a picture! I’m ready to delete this game! I already deleted Manor Matters because they suddenly stopped giving daily gifts plus again, the same issues as above!

Good game and storyline!
Enjoying this game
Good but could be great
I downloaded this game because I really enjoy. “matching games” This game also provided a puzzle and mystery element that appealed to me. I enjoy the gameplay and the story, and the overall “vibe” of the game. However, I must say that I am frustrated with the amount of “super hard” levels that I have been hit with. It seems every fifth or sixth level is “super hard”. I end up having to spend all my coins and/or specials just to beat the level. Additionally, acquiring specials, such as the rake or hammer is all but impossible unless you pay for them. These elements make what could potentially be a great, fun game into just a good game. I will probably hang with it for another month or two to see if things improve.

Excellent game
The game is great but recently the past couple of days the game keeps crashing. Think it needs an update.
Great game but..
It’s a great game, but it’s ALWAYS raining. I wish there was a way to turn it OFF. Not a fan with seeing it. I miss where it cycled between weather, and not just rain all the time.

I refuse to read or ‘agree to’ a privacy-violation policy of any type of app that should never need one in the first place. I saw after I deleted it that it would have accessed my location, contacts, and photos, among other things, and there’s absolutely no excuse for needing any of that. For a game?? Not a chance.

Disappointed
I love a mystery. And this is a really fun game, until the matching puzzle for earning points to continue the story becomes too difficult to complete. It often takes way too many attempts to gain only five or seven points per win. And when one task for the mystery takes 16-25 points to continue, it’s become burdensome to advance the storyline. For me, the story is the fun part. I do like the puzzles, but when they become almost impossible to complete, it’s very frustrating.

Has Asian stereotypes
A great game over all with a good story but it has Asian stereotypes in there. It would be better not to include an Asian character if they were going to portray her as naive and overly helpful. Even her outfit is stereotypically Asian. I did not like the way they portrayed her especially since she was the only Asian character in there.

Constantly having to pay money to pass levels
Stop making levels so difficult that you can’t pass them without spending tons of money. It’s nothing but a freaking money racket.

Technische Probleme
Level 9951 seit einiger Zeit häufen sich die Probleme. Zum einen hängt sich das Spiel auf oder es stürzt ab. Derzeit komme ich nicht mehr weiter, da das Spiel bei 0 Zügen nicht mehr reagiert. Das ist sehr ärgerlich wenn man sich mühsam Booster frei gespielt hat. Auch schafft man kaum ein Level, ohne sich weitere Züge zu kaufen. Die Sammlungen sind ne schöne Idee aber wenn man sie kaum voll bekommt, nervt es nur. Klar, muss Geld verdient werden aber wenn das Spiel dann so extrem anzieht, wird sicherlich das Gegenteil erreicht. Ich habe immer gern den Pass gekauft aber unter diesen Voraussetzungen gebe ich keinen Cent mehr aus. Ich spiele noch ein anderes Spiel auch da gibt es hin und wieder technische Probleme, nach Behebung gibt es immer ein kleines Entschuldigungsgeschenk. Das habe ich hier noch nie erlebt. Ich werde noch bisschen warten und schauen ob ich das Spiel lösche.

Ligue des vainqueurs trop long
Pour une fois qu’il y a une histoire distrayante et amusante tout en passant les niveaux, on ne peut plus avancer à cause de la ligue des vainqueurs qui ne rapporte plus d’étoile, juste une journée sur 15 jours…. Du coup j’y joue de moins en moins…
Riddles are stuck since last week
Other players in our group are stuck in the winners league please can you sort this nightmare for us .. the update has done nothing
Disappointed
Really thought I had found a match game that could be played. Matches were going well, the storyline didn’t drag out. Then the match came that has 190+ items to clear in 17 moves. Really tired of this impossible match. I don’t have game coin or real coin to spend on extra moves! Ready to delete game. Shouldn’t have to play a match 15+ times to move on in the game.

Can’t get in
Great game. Since yesterday, I have been unable to get in. I’ve tried the troubleshooting without luck. I am worried about losing my progress if I delete and restart the app. Help!!!
Can no longer play
Was really enjoying playing this game but once it updated I can no longer play, the app opens but I can not interact with anything on my screen. Unfortunately if not fixed soon I will be deleting
Nothing works
Just did the latest update and now NOTHING works ! Big mess since update. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it still doesn’t work.

Love the game, but support hasn’t gotten back to me regarding a Glitch in the Adventure Game Shadow of the Serpent.
