Fantastic if reliable
The features are amazing and the app, while simple, is essential for secret shopper and auditing work. It is a bit basic and requires some extra steps that seem burdensome but the features are so spot-on with industry needs. This being said, however, the app has let me down and the developer has pretty much decided to ignore me. I have lost shops and am very disappointed in this app in general. What good is it for a professional if it is unreliable and support is not satisfactory...? Looking for a new app. (Shame because I was so excited at first.)
