I really love this game
Glitch at the beginning
I’m sure it would be a good game but there is a glitch at the beginning. When you try and get the book off the windowsill it won’t let you, the screen only shows the frozen window, not the sill where the book is. It’s a shame because the first few minutes of the game were good. Waste of money.

Oldie but a goodie!
A lot of newer games seem to be malfunctioning for me, so I went back to a classic. Developers should take that as a hint - boost your quality or I won’t be spending any more cash!
Lots of traveling back and forth, but there’s a transport map, so it’s really easy to navigate. Play the bonus game! It’s really different!

Very engaging a good graphics. Would recommend it for all those that like a little story to go along with their gaming.
Huge bug
It won’t let you take the red book. How are you supposed to continue the game. Please fix this, the game is no longer fun anymore.

DAS soll ein Bonuskapitel sein??? Leute, sowas geht ja wohl garnicht. Da zahle ich knapp 8Euro und dann so ein Bonus? Sowas nenne ich Betrug am Kunden und totale Verarsche. Da dürft ihr euch noch einiges bei anderen abgucken... das vorerst letzte Spiel, das ich gekauft habe von euch...

I love this game.
Interestingly, I played the game once previously maybe a year ago. I’m playing it for the second time and am enjoying it more. IMO, well worth the time
Had problems
I have bought many games from Big Fish, and this is the only one I’ve ever had issues with. Hard crash half way through and had to re start. Two games would not respond and could not be played. That said, the story line was nice, the graphics pretty and the characters all like able.
The ending leaves you hanging, so I hope the bonus game ties up the loose ends.

Problem picking up red book at beginning of game.
Other customers have reported this problem with no response, so please FIX IT. If you don’t, the game stops there and we should get a refund.

Trial a little too short to really tell what the full version will be like but looks good, hidden object mini game had nice and clear graphics.

Deadly Cold
Loved this game. The puzzles were varied in type and difficulty. The storyline was strong and intriguing, graphics excellent. No glitches, I paid for it and got straight into where I left off. I would’ve been happy to pay the full price so more than happy to get an excellent game at a superb price. Keep ‘em coming guys.
