Not tracking progress
I downloaded the game & put allow tracking but still two days later & nothing is tracking. Tried a bunch of things but no go & the game is fun so don’t know what to do now.

I love this game!! But what can you do with all of the coins you won? I still haven’t figured that one out. I

Love this game I play it daily. One question though- what are the coins for? I’ve accumulated over 1 million coins and there doesn’t seem to be a point at all.
Relaxing
I love a good matching game. This one does not disappoint. Nice that you can see your progress rather quickly as you rebuild your town.
Glitchy and terrible customer service
This game was fun, until I won something and did not receive the item I won, there was a count down even of how long I could use the item that did not appear. I took screenshots and sent it to customer service and they were rude and unhelpful and basically said they didn’t believe the clear screenshots I sent and would not just give me the item. I don’t trust the game to not glitch on a purchase or something in the future without any help from customer service after how they handled this. Deleting the game.

Ads are nothing like the game?
The game is fun but don’t waste your money, just come back when energy is full. When it takes days to complete one order it’s just ridiculous. Also ads I see for this game in other games are crazy. I don’t even know what they are advertising because it’s not this game.

Started off fun, but quickly turned into a pay to progress game. The energy system is frustrating, events are nearly impossible without spending money, and I realized I was wasting both my time and my money. I wish I had read reviews like this before downloading. Save yourself the frustration and skip this one.

Don’t bother. They don’t give rewards that you don’t pay your money for.
Enjoy playing but frustrating
Really enjoy this game but energy is used up to quickly so you can’t play as much without spending money. Wish you could use your coins to buy power or gems. They are a bit pointless when you have so much more money that you’ll ever need for buildings

If you have chores to do, you’d better get them done before starting this game, just saying :) the time will fly by because you’re going to have so much fun playing Mystery Town!
Mini vs other players
I came to play your because in the beginning you gave the option of just playing solo and now as I progress, the mini games / tournaments FORCES me to play at least once with another opponent which I dislike.
I understand the need to watch an ad and most of the time, I don’t mind BUT I feel offended when ads have trackers that opens up another app. One of ads actually opens up my Amazon app and I don’t appreciate that.

Very generous with the energy which makes it a lot of fun and addicting 😍
Too much going on
Started off as a fun, simple story-line based game but very quickly became annoying. SOOO many mini games and challenges but to the point where it interrupts the main game and storyline. It’s like trying to click through pop-up ads. Developers - seriously guys, it’s too much. So overstimulating and not fun.

I’ve been playing for a few days now & still no ads so that’s really nice- this other merge game I tried started forcing ads after like level 10 so I uninstalled, glad I found this one instead. Also they have a “merge hints off” button in the settings!! That alone is amazing because I can’t stand when I take 1 second & the game starts blinking like “do this”. There’s also a skip button for the conversation part of the game which I super appreciate.

Quit making changes!
Stop making it so hard to play the game. And quit hiking the prices up.. it’s gonna make a lot of people stop playing or make you lose money. I used to buy stuff from here but now I never do bc it is way too much and also it’s impossible to complete the events. There are other similar games that are the exact same for a fourth of the price.
