I just about passed Out, And Left a Message To there Sit, The time it was and that they needed to go back and Watch the Video and Correct The Blatant Scamming, or we were going to Contact the The Federal Online Gaming Commission and Report Them, Then We got a Response Asking What Game and Approximate Time this Happened !!!!
No response after sending them a copy of the initial Complaint, Nothing Since!!!!

Works great! New update fixed bug!
I’ve had the Mystic app for a few years now and updates from play can take a few minutes sometimes. I’m able to book a hotel room if I like, check upcoming promos, see the menus of restaurants and hours they are open. The Slot Finder works correctly, you just need to look for the slot in the area shown, it’s not exactly where you might think it is, but around the other side of that bank of slots. I open the app daily, I’m not sure why because I only go to the casino once or twice a week and my points don’t change if I’m not playing.. I guess I like to verify where I am 😂! I check the Tier benefits… and the bug I complained about in 3/2022 has been fixed 4/2022. I’m very happy with all the information I can find and link to from the Mystic Lake app.

No idea!
I’ve tried numerous times to sign in my info and it continues to say invalid. I’ve been to M club twice to update or try and fix whatever the issue and still nothing. They just tell me to keep trying or uninstall and reinstall the app because it’s the internets fault that it’s not connecting. Epic fail!

The app is about as worthless as being a club card member. I’ve spent thousands and thousands to reach celebrity and what do I get now, NOTHING!
