Never receive email
Unable to login into existing account due to needing to verify email, but never received the verification. Email cannot create new account because again do not receive the email. I’ve checked junk and spam filters.
Didn’t want this app
I didn’t even want to download this app just to get one type of alert. But their phone system is NOT consistent in calling about snow emergencies, and they pick on poor people who have to park on the street. Merry Christmas, thanks for making my terrible Christmas a little worse!
Great idea and useful app, some issues
A lot of the links in the app are not responsive. Otherwise, this could be a great and very useful app
It has been great for reporting streets issues, but...
This has been useful to report street maintenance issues, love this. However this app could truly be also useful if we could report when drivers nearly hit pedestrians or bikes so the city can keep data on such things. No one calls police for misses, so no data is kept, this app could collect reported near misses!
