The app is useless as you can never get true information on where the parcel is so the app is totally useless . I have used DHL via Ebay and out of 4 cases had 4 failures so the worst courier company i have ever encountered so very poor overall

Best thing about this app is that the info you need is in there…somewhere. Hard part is finding it. It’s not an intuitive system
Parts were never delivered to customer
Tracking says parts delivered but they did not.
Clear as mud
I much prefer the Australia Post App and service. I have no idea whether my goods have left, are on the way let alone where on the planet or country they may be. DHL you need to vastly improve your service and app. Disgruntled customer who prefers Australia Post.
