Last week I had gotten tired of my phone not working the way I expected it to. Every time I set my iPhone down it would click a screenshot . My photos were filled with screenshots I didn’t want . Thankfully someone recommended this all, my supportly , to me . I clicked about 4 choices on app then hit call support. Surprisingly I was immediately connected to a live person not stuck on hold . The agent listened carefully to the issue then almost right away provided slow and clear instructions on how to fix issue. If only all customer service places were this easy .
