Essentially unusable. You cant even pay your bill on it lol. Worst UI ever. Forgets login. How these people operate a mobile network escapes me.

Impossible d’aller au bout du rechargement de mon forfait
De premier abord l’app est très bien et facile à configurer avec un forfait existant. Cependant quand j’ai voulu recharger ma SIM, au moment d’arriver au paiement un message d’erreur invalide data s’affiche. C’est frustrant surtout parce que ce message n’indique pas quel est le problème…

Who thought it would be a good idea to force people to register on an app in order to recharge their number. When you do that atleast hire good developers to make the app work. Whoever the developer is please learn how to code and about UX before taking up another project.

I managed to scan the passport but impossible to continue for Liveness detection.... I am very disappointed!!!

Mobile app.
I must admit when the mobile app is running then it is good. I will now increase the rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
It played up on my account lately and it did not allow me to recharge. but after raising a concern they have now sorted it .
Yes now I would recommend the app.
You can check and pay your landline bill. You can buy mobile phone internet packages. You can request to swap for a eSIM subject to the type of mobile phone which you can see from a dropdown list You can apply on line for an internet package for your home/household. There are other things you can do with the app.
So I am sorry if I doubted you before , MTL But I believe there was a glitch in the system which can frustrate customers if it is not consistently maintained.
Also the other app my.t mobile is obsolete. And I wonder why it is still showing in iPhone apps and playstore. I suggest removing it as it misleads and wastes people’s time when they download it.
For the 1 plus billion rupees profit that MTL makes I am sure it can invest into improving these glitches. Thank you.
