Missing services
It should be possible to pay the Mauritius Post, e.g. parcels and letters, via the app. This would reduce significant waiting time at the post office.
The reward system is pretty useless.
I haven’t used the payment in supermarkets but it should be made easy to use even when disconnected from mobile data.

Doesn’t work
To register I struggled scanning my ID card and when I finally did all the informations were correct but the application says I'm under 18... Since when is being born in 1998 means 17 years old?

Disappointment! On every update it asks to provide my information again and again.
Very Bad Personal Data Management
No matter how hard you ask to be removed from their marketing lists, these guys will send SMS adverts like there is no tomorrow… regardless of regulations…. Guess they are so bog it is pointless anyway to report them to the Data Protection Office… choose your battles….

That’s a very good point raised by Jello 27. I totally agree that you could provide registration facility for people living abroad to enable us to pay our bills via myT money. Although you have not bothered to respond to the request, we would appreciate for your comments please.
Impossibly painful onboarding
ID scan picks up the right info but is « too blurry to be admitted » and then onboarding won’t go through. You need to call customer service to discover that you need to blink 3 times for the selfie to work -would have been relevant in the tutorial video online, or better yet, instructed in the app. This is very poor UX. Avoid if possible.

Hi, I believe this app is to facilitate paying bills, it would be so helpful for us who lives abroad but still need to pay bill to be able to register and enter our uk number. As I do not have an mru number and my mru bank is registered with my uk number. That option would be great and we could use the same facility to pay our bills on the app.

Pathetic app in the Universe
I have never seen something crap like this in my life. You need to do a weekly kyc on the app, it keeps on forgetting u and then u need to start from scratch, upload documents, add your bank details etc. The payment is also not smooth , keeps on hanging, gives erroneous messages and then makes u wait. Wish there was a negative rating available on the stores.

Erreur sur mon prénom et nom
J’ai scanné mon passeport lors de l’inscription, ça m’a mis n’importe quoi comme prénom et nom et je peux pas éditer après. Pas de bouton dans l’app pour joindre le support pour modifier ça. Un service de chat serait bienvenu.

Horrible App
This app is a joke. For a company like MT this is a disgrace. You constantly have to reinstall. Cannot even add a bank account without facing issues. When you try customer service, they have no clue and you are asked to visit a showroom.

Great product idea, fintech is the future! However, this app is a joke. Looks like this was built by a bunch of university students.

Doesn’t work
Useless. Impossible to select a bank through top in so it’s impossible to do anything.

Why do we need to bring documents to the shop to open the account. This should be completely digital like in other countries. This is super retarded.
Concept is good, but disappointed with few things
As I said concept is good but in my.t money need more user friendly features. Currently without physical card we are unable to register on my.t money app. There should be clear concept like register and than load money from your respective bank accounts. Than at shop or supermarket there should be bar code scanner. Pay by scanning your mobile. I am using Paytm which is India famous app. They don’t have physical card and their concept I like, simply register with mobile number than load your card that’s it. So there should be option for user to register without card. In this technology generation I won’t prefer to go telecom shop and wait in line and buy card than register on my.t money app.
