Access

I've been trying to access my account, but it says it's not set up for Gold users. What does that mean?

Hello Agnes, we are sorry to hear about your confusion. The MyTeachingStrategies app works for customers who have both Tadpoles and Gold licenses through Teaching Strategies. If you are a Tadpoles customer who does not have a Gold license, then you need to use the Childcare by Tadpoles app. If you are a Gold customer who does not have a Tadpoles license, then you would need to use the SmartTeach app. I hope that helps. Hello, we are sorry to hear about your issue with getting your account working in the app. The MyTeachingStrategies app works for customers who have both Tadpoles and Gold licenses through Teaching Strategies. If you are a Tadpoles customer who does not have a Gold license, then you need to use the Childcare by Tadpoles app. If you are a Gold customer who does not have a Tadpoles license, then you would need to use the SmartTeach app. I hope that helps. When are you going to let gold members have access to more then documentation. We should be able to do checkpoints and have access to the cloud.

Music Interaction

Why does the app turn music off? There is no part of the app that plays music so it shouldn’t shut off sound. Please fix!

If we have access to gold we should have access to this app for as much as this $$$$.

We appreciate your feedback. This app is for only a certain subset of TS users with a specific license combination. There is an error message that states it is not configured for Gold users? It won’t log me in.

The worst, your data can never be downloaded

The worst company and app ever, no wonder our school is moving to another platform. They show low res images and there is no option to download everything!!!!!! You have to go in one by one to download images and forget about what teachers wrote about your child. Tell the school to avoid this company at all cost!

I downloaded this app in my phone and when I put my info to enter my account, it wouldn’t let me.

Music interaction

The app is great, I just wish that music could play from the iPad while the app is open. During nap time when music must be playing, we can’t get anything done on the app!
