Hello Agnes, we are sorry to hear about your confusion. The MyTeachingStrategies app works for customers who have both Tadpoles and Gold licenses through Teaching Strategies. If you are a Tadpoles customer who does not have a Gold license, then you need to use the Childcare by Tadpoles app. If you are a Gold customer who does not have a Tadpoles license, then you would need to use the SmartTeach app. I hope that helps.
