App never works
Every time I want to use this app, I have to delete it and then add the app back. Until I do so, it will only show information from the most recent time I downloaded the application. When I tried to add an absence, the buttons didn’t work—once again, had to remove and re-download. Not a good setup.
Good but could be better
This app works well for certain features like messaging but would be better if it pushed real time updates. As a parent, I would prefer to see updates throughout the day.

App stops updating often.
I have to delete and re-download this app every couple weeks or so because it just stops working completely. I’ve given up and just check my email instead for the updates.
Why not improve the app
This app was called tadpoles and I think they changed the name because reviews are so bad. The two apps are exact same! Why don’t you improve your app? If it is bad no matter what name your change you will get bad reviews anyway
