রেজিস্টার এ বাংলা কিবোর্ড লক থাকে নম্বর রেজিস্টার হয়না। নম্বর কপি করে পেস্ট করলে সবগুলি নম্বর আসে না। অর্ধেক বাংলা অর্ধেক ইংলিশ থাকে। এখন পর্যন্ত লগইন হচ্ছে না, রেজিস্ট্রেশন হইছে নাকি হয়নাই কিছুই আসে না, শুধু একটা লোড নিয়ে ছেড়ে দে। আর এগুলি ঠিক করারও লোক নাই? কোন বালের ডেভেলপার এরকম বাল বানিয়ে টেস্ট না করে ছেড়ে দেয়?

Bug and worst app
I can’t even login. It doesn’t show any error message. Registration login everything is breaking down. Simple test can easily solve this error. But i don’t think they have technical developers team. App has got update 1 year ago and nothing else after that. How they would be able to give services with this low grade outdated app. Please just run some simple manual testing you will find bugs and bugs

Currently, whenever I want to check how much data is left, I have to fully close and reopen the app. A simple pull-to-refresh feature would make it much more convenient and improve the user experience.

nowadays I'm using a Teletalk GenZ package,but MyTeletalk app doesn't show any option to buy GenZ special package. This is really disappointing as a teletalk user,because I bought the GenZ package mainly for its special offers, now I can't even access them through the dialling *111# and also in this version of apps. Please update this application as soon as possible. The app should recognize GenZ package users and show their specific packs.

Gen Z data pack absent in the apps
I’m using a Teletalk GenZ SIM, but the MyTeletalk app doesn’t show any option to buy GenZ data packs.
