Keren, bisa nonton tv harapannya kedepan bisa di buat nonton drakor

UI nya sudah bagus tapi cara log in nya yg harus mengunakan link it sangat menyusahkan, krn sy pake bbrp simcard utk pengunaan wifi di luar kota jg. Pada ui lama sy cuma perlu log in mengunakan nomor hp dan password tapi skrg 1 aplikasi cuma bisa di pake utk 3 nomor hp, penambahan nomor pun mengunakan link sedangkan sim card berada di kota lain.
Dan yang paling parah aplikasi nya tdk bisa saya pake sama sekali di iPhone dengan iOS 18.0.1.
Parah amat telkomcel udh internet nya krg bagus malah di tambah aplikasi MyTelkomcel nya gak berguna.

Not Customer Friendly Application
1) Must enter additional unnecessary keystrokes every time user logs into application to consent/ agree to terms and conditions of application use even when no application update has occurred. Why ? Should be one time agreement to terms unless major software update similar to other vendor apps
2) Mail link has no ability to email MyTelokomcel Customer Service Representative. Translation; we are not interested in hearing from customer. There should be a link to send feedback
3) Year- 2023 yet application provides no means to use electronic Wallet /Credit Card to auto renew monthly package…so much for environmental sensitive company…Please walk the talk and save gasoline and time of customer having to come in person to Timor Plaza buy large monthly packages ($100) that $1 Street Vendors never have…Credit Card link in MyTelKomCel App please…it’s not 1980…it’s 2022
4) Bonus Point redemption feature in App never works or has only one vendor or allows redemption of points for 0001-0559…the sleep hours so no HADIA Toko and stupid redemption hours.
