Office2がなかったのでこちらをインストールし、Apple IDでログインし違うことに気づいたのでそのままログアウトした

Difficult
I use WPS Office on my laptop and it is great. The mobile version, however , is very difficult to navigate. I get things done by pure luck, and I’m not entitled. I’m good with tech stuff. You can do better guys. The interminable upgrade ads are exhausting as well.
They’ve trapped me into paying
I’ve used this for years. Came back onto it today to find out all my old docs can’t be saved anymore and they are trying to make me pay for pro plus, just to save my work or I lose my documents from years of book writing

The app immediately deducted ₱1,700 in my GCASH account without any notice. And I keep requesting a refund but they always declined. I didn’t use the app and I didn’t have an active subscription. I hope I can get a refund.
