Not intuitive…too buggy…chat of little help…no tutorial

I have used WPS Office with MacOS & iPadOS. I purchased WPS Pro+. WPS Academy is just FAQs and a chatbot. I do not have time to ask individual Qs as the process to learn. Sad, because I can see a little under the hood. I think everything I need is there, but I’m just not as productive with WPS Office as I need to be. Without a tutorial or compiled instructions, I will count my subscription cost as a loss and return to MS Office.

Option Key

Option Key does not work when I want to skip or delete a word, instead of a symbol. If this bug is fixed, then WPS for Pad is the best Word processor for iPad. Thanks.

Support RTL text

Everything is great except one major issue: WPS for Pad does not properly support Persian (Farsi) and Arabic RTL text in spreadsheets. Words are displayed in reverse order, making it unusable for RTL languages.

Can you login the account normal on other devices or not? such as : PC device or the website https://drive.wps.com/. As to locate the problem, we need the below details information: 1. The wps account information which you need to log in & corresponding login method. 2. When did the problem occur? 3. The screen recording of the failed login procession. (You can use the phone screen recording feature or use the other phone to take a video tape for this procession) 4.
