Hello, Thank you reporting the problem. Are there any error tips when failed login? Can you login the account normal on other devices or not? such as : PC device or the website https://drive.wps.com/. As to locate the problem, we need the below details information: 1. The wps account information which you need to log in & corresponding login method. 2. When did the problem occur? 3. The screen recording of the failed login procession. (You can use the phone screen recording feature or use the other phone to take a video tape for this procession) 4.
