Rarely use this app though, it pops up annoying dmi free trial upgrade promos, and sometimes it stuck there frozen, so i must have tapped it somehow and it took a whole year subscription fee over 140, what the hell is going on…

Difficult
I use WPS Office on my laptop and it is great. The mobile version, however , is very difficult to navigate. I get things done by pure luck, and I’m not entitled. I’m good with tech stuff. You can do better guys. The interminable upgrade ads are exhausting as well.
They’ve trapped me into paying
I’ve used this for years. Came back onto it today to find out all my old docs can’t be saved anymore and they are trying to make me pay for pro plus, just to save my work or I lose my documents from years of book writing

The app immediately deducted ₱1,700 in my GCASH account without any notice. And I keep requesting a refund but they always declined. I didn’t use the app and I didn’t have an active subscription. I hope I can get a refund.

There is a charge for saving documents. Wps office is completely a software that is not allowed to be used without membership.

Constant double payment with no access to pro version
I had this app for years. It's overall convenient, but they double-charge. I do pay for an annual subscription, which is $50, but have no access to any pro features yet, as I need to upgrade again to pay another $ 50—reached out to customer support only to get a message to update the app. I have done it numerous times with the same outcome.
Also, no matter how many times you pay, every time you log out, and sometimes it logs you out on its own, the record of your pro account goes back to zero, and you have to pay again.

Problem with PDFs
Since updating to the latest version, PDFs no longer save my last page. Every time I reopen a file, it starts from the first page again. It’s really annoying.

Paid for 1 year subscription to Pro version, but only have “standard functionality” which is a free version. App wants me to pay again for Pro. My device does show Pro subscription, but no Pro functionality. All they want your money. I want a refund.

Lost years of data, no help, no support.
I was using this app to write my daily service reports. Basically all the job site info was in these reports. Then one day years of my work was just gone. For weeks I tried to get them back. I called and emailed the App technical support team. They made a very brief try to help. But when the instructions they gave didn’t work they just stopped responding.
I do not support this app. I don’t recommend this app.
