Not nice WPS!!
When I first downloaded WPS Office in 2021, it was because it was free, I was able to export my documents as PDFs and it had a lot of features similar to Microsoft office. Since then, I’ve noticed more reliance on AI features regardless of what they user wants and now you can’t export documents as PDF without the watermark on it unless you pay for a subscription. Now I have to use another third-party website to convert my documents into PDF format. A whole extra step because I don’t wanna pay for your subscription. That’s not very nice WPS Office. If you were offering a feature prior to this, it shouldn’t be put behind a paywall now because you wanna make money off of your users.

It’s not worth downloading.,,
It’s not worth downloading if you usually need documents in pdf because it doesn’t allow one use such without making a payment.
REQUEST FOR A REFUND ISSUE
I would like to provide feedback regarding the automatic payment/deduction through my GCash. I noticed that the payment was deducted immediately from my GCash account, and I was not given enough time or a clear notification before the deduction.
I was charged ₱1, 950 after my 3-day free trial ended, even though I never intended to continue with a paid subscription. I cancelled the subscription on the same day I noticed the amount had been deducted from my wallet.
I immediately submitted a refund request, but unfortunately, it was denied. I’m hoping WPS can reconsider my case because ₱1,950 is not a small amount for me. I worked hard for that money and, as someone who values every centavo I earn, it’s really upsetting to lose that much because of an automatic renewal I wasn’t aware of.
I sincerely hope WPS can understand my situation and review my refund request again. I also hope this issue can be improved so other users won’t experience the same thing. Every amount matters, especially when it comes from someone’s hard-earned money. Thank you.

Apartheid-free Alternative to Microsoft’s complicity in Genocide & Thieving Misogyny
Very useful and ticks all productivity boxes once you get used to things, which won’t take long at all. Apartheid has NO RIGHT TO EXIST!
Ruined a great app!! Totally unusable!
This has become disgusting. WPS has made the use of Dropbox documents and also Apple Files documents impossible in a blatant effort to force users onto their WPS cloud service. It’s just disgusting. They have no understanding that for some users this greedy move makes the app totally unusable.
Ease of use
This is one of the most user-friendly document apps I have ever used.

Not Great!
I have had this app for years and enjoyed it, overall. With the recent update, everything is messed up. I am going to be canceling my subscription and finding something that actually works.
Update…program has crashed five times today. I have to close the app down in order for it to work again. I am about to say screw it and find a different app.
