Poor English availability
Some screens translate well, but most do not. So one moment you understand what is happening, then as you tap through, say, a payment, suddenly you lose the ability to understand what is happening. VERY bad.

Dikit-dikit animasi, pop up, games, sliders, promo, dan sebagainya, tapi setting nomor utama saja tidak ada cara yang mudah. Beginilah hasil kerja karya anak bangsa yang kebanyakan jalur orang dalam, dikombinasikan dengan atasan yang tidak mengerti kegunaan mendasar!
Animation here and there, pop-ups, games, sliders, promo, whatsoever you may call it, but basic function as setting up main number is practically non-existent! This is a result of country’s homeboys employed by nepotism and non-merit, combined with superiors who don’t know basic usability!

Full of bugs
Your app is full of bugs. After a recent update, you're now showing a pop up to check new User Agreement, but when I press Agree button this message stays on top of the screen and I can't do anyhing inside the app, I can't top-up, check my data, etc. I deleted the app and downloaded again, it didn't help. Fix this!!! Otherwise I would have to swifh from Telkomsel to other provider.

Banyak iklan
Kebanyakan iklan notif gak penting. Sehari bisa 3-5x. Logikanya kita pakai app ini cuma buat ngecek atau beli paket 1x sebulan. Bukan belanja sembako yg perlu diskon dll. Gimana sih!! Mengganggu tau!
Bogus App
The most ridiculous cell provider app that doesn’t allow customers to log in. Logging in itself requires an OTP that they call “magic link.” This however never gets received and according to cust service call center “everything is normal” without giving any solutions on how to gain access to the app. Buying roaming package becomes impossible. Hence considering other cell providers that are more proper and legit is definitely a must.
