Pay bill
This is the worst Internet service to use when you’re trying to pay a bill. I’ve been trying to pay it for the last hour and a half and it’s not going through. They’re a bunch of idiots that they even tried to call me back. I’m gonna quit the service.

When I call and nobody answers the phone, the call still uses up my credit, and it’s not worth it. Very bad app and terrible customer service.

Voice quality
Voice quality on my end in California is very good but the person I was talking to in UK couldn’t hear me clearly. It’s too bad because mytello has a reasonable budget friendly plan. I’ll have to look elsewhere for a plan to allows both parties to hear each other clearly.
