When I call and nobody answers the phone, the call still uses up my credit, and it’s not worth it. Very bad app and terrible customer service.

Voice quality
Voice quality on my end in California is very good but the person I was talking to in UK couldn’t hear me clearly. It’s too bad because mytello has a reasonable budget friendly plan. I’ll have to look elsewhere for a plan to allows both parties to hear each other clearly.

Terrible connection quality in Taipei
The call connection quality has been severely degraded in Taiwan over the past year. Sort it out!! Even with 5G connection and fastest provider (over 60mbps) it’s almost unusable.
