Great value and super useful when travelling with data only sims
We travel abroad a lot and generally use data only eSIMs. And while WhatsApp etc are great, sometimes you just need to be able to call people or especially businesses and mytello makes that super easy. We’re also constantly amazed how long our credit lasts with the really cheap call rates.

Says they give you 240hkd credit for the price of 200hkd, but that didn’t happen. And call was fuzzy

Great quality, simple to use
I’ve been using mytello for a couple of years, mostly domestic long distance calls (Canada) as it is way cheaper than our cell supplier’s plans. The call quality is possibly better on mytello than a standard cell phone call but I haven’t compared it too much. I’m happy with the app!

Le seul bémol serait peut-être le prix des appels vers les portables dans certains Pays, toutefois assujetti à des agréments commerciaux, que n’offrent résolument pas les Companies de Téléphonie à l’International.

I tried it before and it was good and I made a phone call to 877 number in US and was breaking a lot. I was standing next to a window for better coverage but still breaking up
