Actually Life-Changing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

MyTime has completely changed my relationship with my phone! I’ve reduced my screen time by 97% and started learning Spanish instead of mindlessly scrolling Instagram.

I’ve tried other screen time apps before, but nothing ever stuck. What makes MyTime different is the friendly competition and accountability. Being able to see my friends’ screen time (and knowing they can see mine!) gives me the motivation I was missing.

I also love that it doesn’t just focus on reducing screen time. It helps you replace scrolling with things you actually want to accomplish by scheduling your goals right into your calendar.

It’s fun, motivating, and genuinely helps you build better habits. Less scrolling, more living! Highly recommend!

Put the phone down!

As a late night doom scroller this app is a great tool to reinforce discipline. Take your sleep and focus back. Highly recommend!

5 stars

Really awesome app!

Finally!!!

Finally an app that actually measures screen time correctly!

Eye Opening!

This has made me more aware of how much time I am wasting. I like that I can remind myself how much time I have been on my phone when I am scrolling and being unproductive. I also like the accountability it provides when I compete with my friends and family. Very freeing to be off my phone and live my life in the present! This app really helps.
