Convenience at my fingertips!
Love being able to take advantage of features like scheduling appts and messaging my doctor. Also love being able to look at past visits and notes that my care team made.
Unable to access any test results, messages or after visit information
For the past two days I get an error when trying to access any of the links on the app. I need to see my after visit care instructions and I can’t. Unacceptable.
Latest updates = more crashing
The app has started crashing so much since the last few updates it is almost unusable.

Bad app, worse healthcare
Poorly designed app, you can’t reply to some types of messages, other messages randomly disappear. Can’t schedule appointments. Turn over in staff means interacting with people who have not been trained to do their jobs.
Impossible to update pharmacy
When using the “manage my pharmacy” function, the search automatically starts with your zip code populated, returning more results than the system can handle. It then crashes, returning you to the Home Screen.
Face recognition?
Why when I set up face recognition for this app it doesn’t work?
Also when it asked to set up new password it doesn’t work?

I have a PCP and am not able to EVER make an appt with her for whatever reason. The app frequently crashes out when trying to schedule appts, saves inquiries about ailments on problem list, and keeps every prescription on record not in chronological order even if for acute ailments that resolve and are no longer needed.

Buggiest app I’ve ever used
I can’t even fill out a pre appointment questionnaire because this app keeps kicking me out with “somethings wrong”. This is the worst health app I’ve ever used
Date to spinal doctor
Doing my daily exercises, knee bends, toes stretches and bends, controlling bladder exercises and such. Working an hour a day outside, having to climb hills that are at about 12%, raking and using pitchforks to clear my road, walking 2/10 of a mile three days a week, fell twice slip down the hill and at my brothers I was weed eating behind the solar panels tripped on a rock, had my brace on. Still a bit of a constant ache in the back neck and head, taken Tylenol and Advil. My colon and urethra aren’t working too good since the accident, kind of like, I don’t have a lot of feeling down there, only feel bowel movement just as it’s getting ready to push out and urine not able to hold. they were real good before the accident. Can I do stretches, set up a regular work out go swimming, go to my physical therapist. It he Chang? Thanks Liz LB

Error in notification system
Keeps sending notification of a new test result every few days. However, I have not had any tests for months.
Glitchy since the recent change from MyChart
I have constantly had trouble getting logged in or loading information on the app ever since they changed it from MyChart. The Epic MyChart app ran so much smoother. I have used it for years and this has been the most frustrating.
App always down
This app doesn’t work about 40% of the time. Frustrating when you are sending a message and it disappears because app down.
Good but not great.
The app is helpful for appt reminders, viewing test results and prescriptions, and chatting with your medical team, but it falls way short compared to the Kaiser app. It’s really difficult to refill prescriptions through the app, you sometimes have to contact your medical team through the app for a refill even though it says the doctor ordered refills, and they can take days to respond. When I needed glucose testing supplies I sometimes had to order through Amazon instead just to get them quicker. With the kaiser app it’s easy to refill and have your meds delivered to your home. The billing portion of the app keeps crashing. I am now past due on a $20 copay because the app keeps crashing every time I try to pay. The one thing I can’t complain about is that it’s pretty easy to toggle back and forth between mine and my son’s mychart account. Definitely needs improvement since I’m constantly getting “server” error messages.
