There are often issues when trying to access MyHub. Other aspects of the app mostly work. The design is quite outdated for a university app.

Surprisingly bad
For a university you might expect an app that works properly. Lets hope that the app isn’t a reflection on the rest of the university

Not good at all!
I would really like this app to work, but freezes every time I open it. All I get to see is a black screen.

I’m personally a fan of this app. Does what it is meant to do, occasionally crashes but overall a good experience.

Unbelievable
Haven’t been able to access this application for over a year . Seeing many reviews that have the same experience . How is a University with hundreds of millions of capital not able to create a functional app ?

Terrible and unusable
App just white screens when you attempt to log in. For an educational institution it’s worrisome that they have nobody who can create a functioning app.
The app has a good thumbnail
I’ve recently deleted this app: useless, totally unhelpful. I’m unable to even log in most times and when I do, I can’t scroll on my iPhone to find announcements or grades. Useless, totally unhelpful.

Horribly glitchy and not worth your effort
This app has great potential but it is squandered by countless bugs. To name a few:
- Often crashes or freezes
- Constantly get asked for login which redirects you back to the login page
- Password sometimes returns incorrect when it’s not

Missing icons
Was good until all my icons went missing and only had access to 3. Couldn’t check email, timetable or do anything.
Timetable should be viewed as a calandar too

Time table is not displaying anything
I really love the app but my time table is not displaying anything for the whole months though I have lots of lectures left for my semester.
Needs a lot of work
Never loads and constantly crashes.
