Keeping it simple
Thank you for making you website and mobile app user friendly! Very easy to set up, no hassle. Everything I needed available within a couple clicks of downloading the app.
Face ID
Needs Face ID or keep you logged in. Stopped using for this reason.

Having to enter login info every time you open the app is a pain. The app needs Face ID.

App is ok but it is irritating that you have to enter your log in every time you open the app. It would be nice if it had Face ID. For how I use it it works fine.
Not working
App is not working. It gets stuck in the “logging in” screen. The wheel simply spins and does nothing. Please fix it!
App not opening
The App does not open. In the last month or two I haven’t had any luck opening this app wheel keeps spinning indefinitely.
Clock
The app is not functional. Second time it’s happened to me. It just keeps clocking and never logs in. I’ve deleted it and downloaded it again several times and still no luck.
