Wonderful and useful app
I use this app regularly and it helps me remember appointments and I can see test results as they are available. I use the messaging portion when I need it and the response is generally timely.

Under Staffed
Seems to be short on staff. My doctor has a different MA every time I visit. If you call to talk to someone you will have to leave a message. I really don’t want to talk to an answering machine when I am feeling good , when I am ill I certainly don’t want to just leave a message and wait for an overworked nurse to get to my call, or go to the ER and sit for 12 hours. The people I see at UT are friendly and very helpful in, there just are not nearly enough staff.

I had a great experience with MyUTHealth. Dr. Quadri was very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the process.
I also really appreciate Yesenia and Dora for consistently checking on me and being so attentive. Ivy was especially kind and supportive, she listened to me without judgment and provided helpful resources that made a big difference.
Overall, the care team was compassionate, professional, and truly patient-centered. I’m very grateful for their support.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! Dr. Greaser was very knowledgeable and has allowed me to have my life back again. After 15 years of pain and two different surgeons my foot is finally healed. I highly recommend Dr. Greaser!

I went for a follow up visit for my right hip replacement and I was in a lot of pain from hip bursitis . Kendra Cook was amazing. She gave me a steroid injection and it took care of the pain. I highly recommend this office and Kendra is great.

Best Dr I Have been to
I don’t think I have been to a doctor like Dr. Lopez. He generally cares for his patience. He is full of knowledge and love to share it. His time management in patient care it’s impeccable. I look forward to continue to take care of my health with the assistance of Dr Miguel Lopez. and I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. And let’s not forget about his staff, his medical assistant it’s a great help during the visit and she’s extremely kind.

This is the most difficult health system I have ever dealt with as a patient. They do not make sense with their scheduling process and presents itself

Patient Experience
I enjoyed my visit with Dr. E! She was very personable. She was quick with my Pap and she made me feel comfortable. I’d like to note that I was late to my appt because I drove in from the medical center . She still worked me in. The young lady at the front desk was very attentive. She kept coming out to the lobby to check on me though I was late. She was so sweet!
