Terrible
Hardly ever works. Constantly reports system errors and air conditioning notifications pop up about 15 times a day when not even using the car. The garage can’t find any issues on the car itself.
Now all the options to remotely manage the car have vanished and it tells me I don’t have any connected services.

Unable to do the very basic
Set up an account, went to add my vehicle, and error every time. VIN Check error every time. Tried to report the issue and an error saying there was an issue, try again later. Can’t add vehicles, can’t report issues, 0 stars.
Vauxhall connect plus
I would like to get connect plus but I have only smart phone rang Vauxhall told me I need pc to make payment for app why make it so hard
Horrendous app
Constant issues with this app. From the constant system issue detected notifications when there is no issue, to car data taking forever to load when logged in, and now not being able to login at all. Absolutely awful.
Constant errors
Absolutely horrendous app. All info is blank on first open, have to close then reopen. Constantly get random error notifications, app says doors are unlocked, tap lock doors fetting an error message back, check the car doors are locked. None of the remote features work, and if they do they take forever to respond. Takes at least 5mins to refresh to tell you what battery % you are at whilst charging. They want a monthly fee for this app that is completely Inadequate for the job
